MEETING TRAINING MILESTONES
To provide proof of training compliance or to qualify for CPD credits the trainee must pass a challenging Assessment. This can be found at the end of each training program. The trainee cannot "pass" without demonstrating a thorough understanding of the subject.
Questions are based on material covered in the Tutorial and Text Channels of the training program. In order to pass, trainees will need to spend between three and eight hours in study, depending on their previous knowledge of the subject. The computer marks the Assessment, issuing a code number and Certificate to those candidates who achieve a pass grade. Trainees who fail the assessment are given guidance as to which areas they should revise and are encouraged to take the test again.
Trainees can continue to access the program and retake the Assessment when they are confident they have understood the teaching material.
Using this system, supervisors can ensure
that professional training standards are met quickly and economically.
